We chose the Weingarten team after interviewing a number of prospective agents. They walked us through their process in detail and presented the areas of where their process might differ from others. A key aspect of their process was their ability to produce a very effective video highlighting the key attributes of our home and property. Secondly, Stacy's assessment of where the asking price should be set, based on her analysis, was well chosen. Although we were a little concern that the asking price might lead to a protracted sale that we could not afford, she assured us that the value we had in our home could result in a sale over the asking. Within a week we acquired a number of offered over asking. Stacy's experience on how to handle the incoming offers resulted in maximizing the potential for our sale. The Weingarten support through and to the closing was exceptional including follow ups after our closing on how our move to our new home was going. Where to begin! We had already hired and failed two other brokerages literally wasting a full year. The original two brokerages were highly recommended and supposedly experts in the type of home we had to sell. After the failure of the second effort, my wife and I were pretty despondent. However after a couple of months we decided to interview once again, hopefully learning from our previous errors. What was interesting was that Kirk Weingarten called me. I had no idea who he was but from the get-go, I was impressed with his straight forward approach which was unlike 99% of the other brokers making cold calls. Kirk told me up front that he had looked over our previous listings and knew that he could sell our home for us. His niche market is homes that had failed previously and he had a terrific success rate. We interviewed both Kirk and Stacy along with two other experienced brokers.
