He knew us better than we knew ourselves! When he first explained his method of viewing houses I wasn't too sure about it, but once he put it into action: WOW! It completely clarified exactly what we were looking for in a house! Is this guy able to read our minds??? More likely it had to do with how well he listened to our needs and desires before we even started looking. We LOVE our house! Thank-you Stan!

From the beginning of our home buying process you was there for us step by step. Because our home was a short sale, we had a million questions and you answered each of our questions with patience and knowledge. On the day of our closing we ran into some hiccups and you was right there in our corner advocating and explaining in detail what issues we ran into and how to correct them. We would definitely use you again and/or recommend your expertise!

Stan is very personable, was always available, helpful when small glitches came up from the other side, calm, professional and very easy to work with. We will use him again when the time comes.
