Stefanie was exactly what we needed as first time home buyers. She was knowledgeable and willing to not only help us get through the home buying process but to help us understand the process. I can tell you first hand when a home sale gets a bit overwhelming or goes a bit off track she will get things back in line quickly. We tried for months and she had all the patience in the world showing us numerous homes even when we were losing faith in finding our home. She makes the process easy. 10/10 would highly recommend and do recommend to anyone who asks.

Being a widow was very difficult however after meeting stefanie my life totally changed. She explained everything about listing, selling. She not only was my realtor but became my friend, There was so much I didn’t know about selling a home but she took me by the hand and walked me through , evening helping me clean out , took things to charity for me. Not many people in this world who care as much as stefanie, in my life she is the very best realtor and friend.

Stefanie is an amazing realtor! She listened to exactly what we wanted in a home and helped us find it within our price range. She knows the Charleston and surrounding areas well. She also knows a great amount about home renovations (as she has completing many herself) and is able to show you the bigger picture/home renovation ideas. We had an incredible experience and will use her again in the future if we ever decide to sell our home!
I was petrified of buying a home because we had tried before and the process was terrible. Stefanie took her time with us while we hooked up with an amazing mortgage broker which immediately took so much stress off our shoulders. The next step was finding our home and even though we had multiple offers turned down she kept us encouraged. When she says "The right house at the right time." She really knows what she is talking about. There is so much that is out of anyone's control when it comes to real estate but she rolls with the punches flawlessly. You would never even know how many times she really works day and night for you until everything comes to a close and you are walking into your new home. We probably looked at 20+ homes before we found ours. She is the best and she really changed our lives by making our dream of homeownership come true.
