Stephan sold our home the first weekend it was listed and presented THREE offers. We accepted the 20K over asking price and were thrilled. The Covid fiasco caused that first buyer to walk, but Stephan was able to get us an acceptable price from one of the original bidders. We were pleased with his efforts on our behalf, and his communication skills....he's just a nice honest guy!
