Stephanie was very pleasant in helping me with my search for an investment property from my home location 1,800 miles away. Despite a few setbacks with unsuitable properties (through no fault of her own), she was always willing to go to a property I was interested in and scope it out for me, and provide photos as well as her impression of the property and location. This was extremely valuable to me, since I could not be there in person. After considering several properties, I finally found 'the right one', and recently closed on the purchase. Stephanie also provided me with the name of a contractor to get the unit ready for the rental market, and repairs are nearing completion. Thank you, Stephanie!

Stephanie provided excellent service when I sold my home with her. She was extremely professional at all times. If I called when she was with another client, she would get back to me very quickly (usually within a few minutes), or would immediately text me when she would be available. She handled all aspects of the back and forth with the buyer's agent and only pulled me in if there were issues/questions that needed my input. She was able to find local contractors at great prices to handle inspection issues with my property and county permit issues that I didn't even know about. She also worked with my property management company to ensure that my current tenants were gone before the closing occurred. There were many extenuating circumstances that made this sale much harder than a typical one. Throughout it all she continued to impress me. She fought tooth and nail to get me as much money for my house as she could. I highly recommend her to anyone and I do NOT generally recommend ANYONE because I am very picky about attention to detail and almost nobody lives up to my level of expectations.
