Stephanie was a pleasure to work with and did an amazing job walking us through the process, negotiating on our behalf, scheduling all of the inspections for us, and taking us to closing. She was super fast and always available to go over any questions or move forward on a home - even when she was out of town! There was no point when we felt we could not reach her. Even when she was out of town, she responded quickly and made sure someone was available to show us a home we were interested in.We were really impressed by how fast she got all of the inspections complete once we put in an offer on our home. She contacted all of the inspectors on our behalf and scheduled the appointments for us. She made it so easy for us. She also worked with our lender to make sure the appraisal was scheduled on time so that we could move forward with closing.I had several questions throughout the process and Stephanie always patiently walked me through each step. We were able to close several days early because of how fast and efficient Stephanie was in getting everything done for us.
