Once contacted, she quickly provided us with the online portal with all of the available houses in our selected towns. Each house had more than one of the specific features we were looking for in a home. Stephanie was willing to see every house we asked to and was quick to answer all of our many, many questions. In the end, we highly appreciate her willingness to help us buy our dream home, which was for sale by owner. The cherry on top was Stephanies personal and ever so thoughtful touch, a beautiful painting of our two dogs. Were so happy with the outcome and we absolutely love our home! We couldnt have done it without Stephanie helping us find a new home! She was very responsive, helped us schedule several house visits all in the same day to accommodate our schedule, and she was very patient while we took our time at each one. She had a lot of helpful ideas and insights as we went along. After we picked a house she helped us through the mortgage process and coordinated with both our bank and the sellers realtor to get all sorts of details sorted out. In all we sold our old house and moved into our beautiful new house in a period of about 35 days which had the potential to be very stressful. However everything went smoothly and I attribute that in large part to Stephanie keeping everything on track. I highly recommend working with Stephanie, she is very personable, attentive, and she will work hard for you.
