I was introduced to Stephanie by my lender and she made purchasing my first home a very smooth process. Stephanie was very knowledgeable and helped us throughout the entire process. As a first time homeowner I appreciated her attention to detail and ability to explain complex concepts to me so I could understand the home buying process. Stephanie is the best realtor I have had the pleasure of dealing with. She helped us buy a house while we lived on the other side of the country by doing multiple Facetime video tours of homes we were interested in. She provided daily updates of new homes in the area and asked lots of questions to find out exactly the type of home we were looking for. Any paperwork that needed to be signed was prepared on the same day and submitted to us. Stephanie was amazing. She listened to what my needs and wants were. I wanted her to show me house after house, and she never made me feel like I was talking up to much time. We were a family of 3 with one on the way looking to buy a house. We had been looking for a while with other realtors but with no luck. Stephanie however was our savior. She was easy to work with and quickly understood what we wanted and showed us houses that met our criteria. She responds quickly to messages, phone, and emails. She is also very flexible when it came to showing us houses, picking us up if we needed that and worked around our schedule. When we bought a house and there was some problems due to the sellers not holding up they're end of the deal, she was on top of things and really fought for us.
