The homebuying process can be very stressful especially if you dont have the right people helping you along the way. I am beyond grateful for my realtor Stephanie Haave she was very patient and knowledgable throughout the process. Stephanie kept us first in mind. She did her best to get me and my family exactly what we wanted. The house searches were coming frequently every day throughout the day. Stephanie was always available to show us any house that we bring to her attention. Respectful and prompt thats Stephanie. Stephanie never made us feel at no time during this process that she wouldnt be able to fulfill her duties as a realtor. From the start to finish Stephanie made sure everyone did what they were suppose to do to be sure the closing on our house was successful. From one realtor to another Stephanie knew exactly what to say. Communication, promptness, honesty, knowledge, presentation...... COUNT ON STEPHANIE!!!! I was relocating from Atlanta to South Florida and Stephanie did a great job. I trust her implicitly and she treats you like family when you are working together. She went above and beyond by visiting properties that I saw online (because I was in Atlanta and could not do the visit) and did videoconferencing with me so I could see what the property looked like. I called her many times a day for weeks and she was extremely patient in explaining a lot of the process. We went under contract once and the home inspection that wasn't great so I was a bit hesitant, and she encouraged me to terminate the contract and to keep looking until I found the home that was the right fit. I couldn't attend my second home inspection so she went in my place and was able to give me a call to describe everything they found shortly afterwards. She has great contacts and referrals for a lot of people (mortgage brokers, electricians, home inspectors). She also helped me with my own property in Atlanta that I was trying to rent at the same time. We came down to the wire on an electrician issue with the home and she was able to negotiate a closing credit so that i had enough money to quickly take care of the issue after closing. She is a fantastic realtor and I was very fortunate to have her.Less
