All i can say it was a pleasure to work with Stephanie, when i told i was looking for a home for my mother and said i would even take a mother n law suite; she was on it. The homes that she pulled up for me where great, until she hit the ball right out the park when she found exactly what i was looking for. total of about 29 homes in less than 30 days of looking and then was in the home in about 2 months. My purchase process with the use of Stephanie has been seamless and wonderful. This is not my 1st transaction with her and I will definitely use her again. She's on top of everything and recommended an amazing inspector that did one of the most thorough reports I've ever seen. She was very diligent about contacting the seller's agent in making sure things that needed to be done we're taking care of. she was even made available to me at the wee hours of the morning since there was a significant time difference with her being stuck out of the country due to covid 19. She protects her customers and make sure they get everything they deserve!!
