My wife and I have been shopping for a house for over 10 months. We have met over 15 agents. I wish we had met Stephanie first. Not one other agent has put in the time or to be quite frank, thoughtfulness into what it is we are looking for. She is patient, extremely knowledgeable, and does not waste your time! This was my first experience purchasing a home. Everybody told me that the head aches would come swift and strong. Stephanie took myself, which I did not know a lot of what I wanted, out numerous times to get a feel for the things that I liked in a house. After about the 4th outing she was able to really narrow down the style of home I was looking for just on comments I made on prior places we looked. She would take a mental note every time and just narrow our search, but that is not what would bring me back to Stephanie if I was looking to buy a second home. I am a guy that does not have a lot of extra time to spend on all the paperwork and financials. Stephanie took me every step of the way through the closing work. When the mortgage company needed something right away or the escrow people were hounding me to get things signed within hours. Stephanie took over, knowing how stressed out I was, and got everything in line so that it was efficient and easy. There was one point that I almost just said forget it I can't handle the stress. And her automatic response was "I will call everyone to filter through me, don't worry I got it". And that turned everything around for me. After The closing Stephanie is still available for any of my questions. It was an absolute pleasure as a first time home buyer to work with Stephanie. I have recommended her to a couple of people but will be countless more.

Stephanie was very responsive to all of my questions, and was always available to show houses. Once we entered escrow, she went above and beyond when it came to being available for numerous home inspections, both finding contractors and meeting them at the house. When the seller's agent was unavailable to answer questions he had, Stephanie assisted the seller, too. Even after the sale, she was helpful with my follow-up questions. I couldn't be happier with the experience!
