Stephanie Schreiner

I grew up in the Yakima Valley, but I have called the Seattle area my home for more than 30 years. I moved to Queen Anne in my early 20’s, worked in Healthcare IT, graduated from Seattle University and eventually met my husband David and step-daughter Jordan. We later added our son Evan to the mix along with a couple of fur babies - a basset hound, Walter and a Newfoundland named Lola. I bought my first fixer-upper completely by circumstance. It was an older home in Kent Covington that was owned by my parents in the mid 1960’s. I actually spent the first few years of my life there and had a few hazy memories of it. When it became available, I jumped on the opportunity, begged my grandfather to co-sign and off I went into the world of renovations.
