Francesca Mangini is and was an AMAZING realtor throughout the entire process of looking for and purchasing my house. She explained situations thoroughly as well as helped me emotionally when I was getting frustrated with looking for a home. It is a lot harder when you are buying long distance and only had a few hours to meet with a realtor and look at a few houses to provide an idea of what we wanted in our new home. Tanya was not only personable and professional she demonstrated the ability to listen and understand the criteria we expected our new home to meet. Her confidence, understanding and eye for detail helped relieve a lot of stress in finding the right home. The minute that met our criteria came on the market Tanya moved quick to get out to the house and take us through a FaceTime/zoom walk through in which she provided observations and input painting a clear picture of what we were seeing.
