Stephanie helped with the purchase of our first home and I would recommend her to anyone that is looking to purchase or sell. She made the process painless and enjoyable which was pretty difficult considering I was here and my future husband was away at sea. She arranged and organized for him to see the houses that we looked at via pictures (emails) and when he pulled in she had it all lined up to see in person. SHE IS THE BEST!!!

We had a long must have list and she did a great job finding us houses with those. She was also open-minded to letting us look at houses that weren't necessarily what we had in mind. She did a great job at showing us homes that had the potential to be exactly what we wanted within our budget and in the end we found the perfect home with everything we wanted with very little work that needed to be done to make it ours!

Stephanie is an exceptional agent. She is knowledgeable about market conditions and trends. She worked hard to get me the place I wanted at the best deal possible, and she kept on working hard after the closing to make sure an unexpected problem was satisfactorily resolved.

We met with Stephanie once and never once looked for another realtor. She was always quick with her responses. When we found properties we were interested in she collected all of the information needed. She helped us find our new house quickly, we were even able to close a little early as well. If we ever decide to buy in the Hampton Roads area again we are definitely going back with Stephanie, she's the best!
