There is a lot of information available to buyers/sellers via the internet. Because of this I need a realtor who can offer something I can't find myself on the web. Stephanie's knowledge of the market, community, and process from start to finish is outstanding. She got us into potential listings before they hit MLS, put out fliers for us when inventory was low, and even brokered a lawn mower deal after the sale was final. Her professional appearance was beyond reproach. Stephanie Wedan is a great ambassador to your company, and I will definitely recommend Stephanie/First Weber to everyone I know.
