I made an inquiry online about buying property in Sarasota. Mr. Wooster was assigned to me, and I was extremely pleased with his services. He helped me pinpoint the area of Sarasota to concentrate on, in my property search, and he really listened to my needs. He helped me to focus, and to narrow down the properties which would fit my needs. He was very helpful, and promptly got back to me whenever I had any questions. He was not pushy at all, he was very laid back, but on the other hand, he was always there for me, and was extremely helpful. It was a pleasure to work with him, as a client, and as a result, I have bought a beautiful property in Sarasota, that I am very happy with!

Albert did very good job helping us find our new Florida home. He worked with us for over two years from long distance to find the "right" house for us.

What I liked about Albert is that he understood the appeal of both mid-century modern and green which many other realtors did not value. He understood the uniqueness of my property and photographed and showed it to it's best advantage.

Albert worked so hard for us twice.He is by far the best realtor I have ever worked with. I have bought and sold many houses in past 40 years and Albert put all my past realtors to shame and I mean too SHAME. what a smart and knowledgeable young man he is. Albert sold a home for me that I inherited along with a few other family members. It needed a lot of work and I live in Asia, so it was no easy job to find contractors that I could trust and get things done quickly and effectively. Albert proved honest and trustworthy; he went above and beyond to be my eyes and ears on the ground and was actively involved with everything from the initial clear-out onwards. He gave solid, practical advise on work that should be done to maximize the value of the house and has strong local knowledge. He was responsive throughout and moved the process along as quickly as possible. Very, very highly recommended!!

Very helpful in sale of house which was inheritance and none of us were close to help out. Was able to offer us a great estimate of what house was worth and could be sold for and pulled everything together quickly when house needed some upgrades.
