I've bought/sold 7 properties and worked with as many agents. Steve is head and shoulders above them all. He is so professional, has knoweldge of all aspects of the real estate market, and is a great guy! I felt like he was always looking out for my interests, and therefore I trusted him without reservation. Thoughout the process he provided perspective and considerable information that I found extemely helpful. What he never gave me was bad information or bad advice. Steve was phenomenal. If I ever sell or buy again, I will enlist Steve. If I know of anyone who wants to buy or sell, I'll encourage them, push them, tell them they will regret hiring anyone other than Steve.

We had special and specific needs as we reside in China and Stephen went the exra mile in dealing with time zones, holidays and other long distance issues. Most critical in our process was a very costly 3 day trip form China to Chicago. Our only purposer was to look at properties and, if possible, to buy. I imagine Stephen had to condense what would be a process extending over weeks or months into 3 days. He did a stellar job. From the time we landed at O'Hare up until we were literally at the departure gate he was a machine. Without exageration, our flight had been called for boarding, the phone rang and it was Stephen telling us our offer had been accepted. As a first time buyer in the States it was incredibly intimidating, thankfully our agent Steve was incredibly responsive, tenacious and thorough. Steve knows the market inside and out, and walked us through what to expect and was patient and very responsive when answering all our questions. One of his many exceptional qualities was being able to spot great potential and have unique ideas to improve the properties. He really took the time to get to know us and the properties he showed us all matched our personalities one way or another and he did not stop till he found us our forever home. Also, his in depth knowledge of building structures ensured we got a home that was soundly built and secure. He is truly dedicated to his customers' needs and we really appreciate all he did for us.

As a first time home seller, Stephen went out of his way to educate us on the home selling process from start to finish. His communication was excellent throughout the process and he was quick to help us out with any questions that we had. He and his team did an excellent job staging and marketing the home and as a result it sold very quickly!
