Stephen Beckwith

With a consulting and training background, Stephen approaches the buying and selling process by guiding his clients toward the appropriate decision, continually sharing with them as much information and knowledge as possible. Stephen views clients as the decision makers whom he consults and leads toward their ultimate goal of purchase or sale. As vice president and co-founder of an international real estate marketing company, Stephen represented new construction condominiums located in Atlanta, Miami, New York, Los Angeles, Las Vegas and San Francisco at international property trade shows in Europe, Asia and the Middle East. Through these diverse, detailed experiences with more than 30 developers and thousands of potential buyers around the globe, Stephen has developed wide-ranging skills in serving clients with varied priorities and interests. Stephen is an Atlanta native and has lived in Buckhead, Midtown, Cabbagetown and now Virginia-Highland. He thus has vast knowledge of not only Atlanta's Intown neighborhoods and schools, but also the much broader Metro Atlanta area.
