We recently got a job offer at Cedars Sinai and were new to LA. We could not be happier about having Stephen on board to help us find a new beautiful spot in West Hollywood! Stephen was very personable, responsive, professional (with excellent taste) and put in extra efforts to negotiate on our behalf and help us find homes to tour. He took the time to chat with us to get to know our specific needs (proximity to hospital/ view of hills) and was very attentive at all times. He helped us find a wide range of homes to tour (from duplexes to modern luxury apartment buildings) and always made sure we had enough time during our viewings. He was always incredibly knowledgable about the surrounding location/safety of each of these homes. He has such a lovely demeanor and he made the experience very enjoyable. As we were new to LA, he even gave us awesome restaurant and bar recommendations in West Hollywood that we loved!We can honestly say Stephen is the most outstanding real estate professional we have ever worked with and will definitely recommend him to all of our friends/ colleagues.

Stephen was an absolute godsend as our real estate agent, expertly and confidently guiding us through what would have otherwise been a very chaotic and confusing home buying experience. We started shopping for a home at the height of the sellers' market in Los Angeles, and with Stephen's knowledge of the market and advice, incredibly, we found the perfect home, our offer was accepted (out of many other offers) and we closed less than a month later. Before we started this process, I naively thought a real estate agent was someone who showed people houses for sale. I had no idea the amount of work they put in! Stephen was great to work with and could help us find humor dealing with what we're likely the most obstinate of sellers he, or we, had ever dealt with.
