Steve helped me with the purchase of a distressed home as an investment. He made recommendations for improvements to get the best return at resale, gave me suggestions for contractors, took measurements and came up with a purchase list for materials, and then listed the home for resale. He brought in a stager for a great price and sold the property quickly for a profit for us. I will definitely work with Steve moving forward.

Got our house sold within a week, Very easy to work with him.. He kept me updated on all aspect of sale and needed repairs that needed done before sale of house completed .
