Stephen helped us buy our first home through every step of the way. He was patient, kind, and above all, he worked tirelessly to get us into the right home for us. After we had to back out of an escrow because of alarming inspections, Stephen jumped right back in the ring and kept us focused and positive. He answers texts and calls promptly, he's happy to show multiple properties, and he never makes you feel dumb or dismissed. I highly recommend him to first time home buyers, or anyone looking for a new home!

Stephen is super nice, responsive, and has a great knowledge of the housing market in Los Angeles. We met Stephen at an open house at the very beginning of our house search. He was so sweet and helpful, and offered to send us some listings while we figured out what we were looking for. It took us a while to narrow down the neighborhood we were aiming for and what our search parameters were and Stephen was so patient with us the whole time. He was never pushy and didn't seem frustrated with us as we worked our way through the process. We were very impressed with his knowledge of the area and recommendations about price, neighborhood, and home features that might be important to us both now, and later on down the road. Once we finally got serious about our search, Stephen was on the ball! He sent listings and updates, and was our guide through all the paperwork involved in buying a home. We truly felt he had our best interests in mind and would have been lost without him.
