Stephen, originally from Boston Massachusetts, began his real estate career in 1984 with Century 21 in Worcester, MA. He has been living in the Fort Lauderdale beach area since 1989. He has ABR,CRB,CRS,GRI real estate accreditations, in additional to being a licensed real estate broker he is a Florida licensed Mortgage Loan Originator and Florida licensed real estate instructor. Steve has extensive marketing and management experience. Steve served on the Florida REALTORS® Board of Directors from 2008 until 2017, serving as the District XI Vice President, and the National Association of REALTORS® Board of Directors from 2011 until 2017.
