They returned calls quickly and updated us whenever there was something we needed to know. There was no guessing or wondering what was going on, Beth and Steve made sure we were informed. They are very persistent and can definitely make things happen. In addition, it was a pleasure to work with the Weiss Team and we learned a lot from them about buying a home, negotiations and all the other pieces you need to have in place. Their advice on how to get the most of out of our house when we were selling was great (we needed a new roof among other things) and they were able to hook us up to contractors they know and trust. The fact they also flip houses for a living is what makes them different than most other realtors in the market, they actually know what it takes (permits, codes, timing, costs, etc.) to get a project done. Once you go visit a few houses with them or have them walk through your place to list it you'll understand the difference between a real estate team that cares and one that is just trying to make a quick sale.

I needed to bring contractors into the condo to start estimates and Steve was able to help plan convenient times for me and the seller while the seller still occupied the property.
