After interviewing several realtors, we chose Stephen Bannach to list our home. He had the attitude I will sell your home, not the attitude I will list it and see what happens. Steve was very personable, caring, energetic and responsive to our concerns. He worked very hard to give our home the most exposure possible including MLS listing etc., an open house and Facebook postings plus his vast personal contacts. Most of all he kept us informed on all progress and updated us with hints to improve home appearance he even assisted in the sale and removal of unwanted equipment on the property. When an offer came in less than three weeks, he went above and beyond normal requirements to get us the best price for our home. Steve helped me buy a home
We met Steve during the height of the pandemic and found Steve to be patient, a good listener and he was tireless in his pursuit to find us what we dreamed of in a home. We were from out-of-state and were not familiar with the area and were not sure where to look. Steve showed us all the properties we had selected. We traveled many miles, several counties and through tons of towns. When all our choices were exhausted and not finding the right home, he suggested that we allow him to select some homes to look at and sure enough he found the right home with a great location and with land to enjoy. Looking for a great Realtor don’t panic call Bannach.

I cant say enough about Steve and his outstanding customer service to provide us with a complete turn key process. He was very helpful with our search , extremely knowledgeable of the area we were looking in, worked both day and night to assist us with our questions and honesty never gave up. He found us houses that met our criteria across TN and provided the information to us and scheduled visits. We were in Key West and really needed the support of a good agent to do all of the leg work and he did just that. We flew into Knoxville, met us at the airport and the search was on. The very best in the business! very very helpful with his customers finding the perfect home very knowledgeable and genuinely cares about his buyers. always looks for the best homes and cares about if the home is in good shape and would be safe to live in. He will NOT sell you a bad house. He helped my boyfriend and I find our first home and he was determined to help us find the best home with no issues he really puts in the time and effort and is very honest about the homes he shows you.
