Steve was recommended to us when we moved to Colorado 10 years ago. While I was excited to move, my wife is the one who gets excited about house hunting. He showed her many, many houses and was patient, professional and insightful the entire time. I can say that my interactions with him while looking at the "finalists" was very positive (even fun). Since that time, I have recommended Steve to several family members and friends and they have all raved about working with him. the consensus was that it was like looking at houses with a knowledgeable friend who has your back. Simply put, in a world of shiny jackets and home sales jargon, he's a real person who takes care of his clients. If I look to make more real estate deals in the future, he is my first call.

When looking for a realtor for our home buying AND selling needs we wanted someone who was a straight shooter and could help us navigate through the important parts of the process. Most important we needed someone we could trust.
