We are so fortunate to have found someone as highly skilled and easy to work with as Steve Chang to sell our Arcadia condo for a 1031 exchange. We live four hours away and quickly formed a relationship of mutual trust. Steve beautifully managed every detail of the sale, from cleanup and refurbishing of the interior, beautiful staging, and astute pricing with the result of multiple offers. He kept us informed and carefully explained everything every step of the way. Our condo was sold within a week of listing for well over the listing price and what we expected. As a private mortgage lender I took possession of a home in Arcadia, CA after foreclosing on a borrower who defaulted on my loan. Steve had been the agent that my borrower had hired to sell the house prior to my foreclosure. Once the foreclosure went through, Steve took the inituitive to find me and offer his services to sell the house. He provided much needed market data as well as keeping me updated on the condition on the home, all of which helped me finalize a price and selling stradegy. Steve was able to attract a prior interested buyer and get them to make an offer which resulted in the ultimate sale. During the several month process of working through a very difficult and complicated foreclosure followed by a bankruptcy, Steve helped me navigate through the complex issues and retain the Chinese speaking buyer who was living in China to complete the sale. I found Steve to be honest and straight forward as well as an excellent communicator who follows up on his commitments in a timely manner. Steve was absolutely wonderful! Steve is the best realtor we have had the pleasure to work with. Living in San Diego I took a chance on Steve Chang and all I can say is "wow" what an extraordinary Real Estate Agent and what a professional individual. He went above and beyond as we had some challenges with the sale of my Mom's property in the El Sereno area. She is legally deaf and does not drive and with me in San Diego there were some real logistics with the signing of escrow papers and so forth. Steve was there every minute of the way and he was always so kind and professional and knowledgeable. I have worked in the Escrow and Title field for over 30 years and I have never known such an amazing agent! I would use him over and over and over again and I now consider him a friend for life!
