I give Steve Germond a 5 star rating as he is one of the best at what he does to help people find the right home for them. He was available to answer any of my questions and take me out to see the houses that I was interested in. When I found the house that I wanted to purchase, he did all the paperwork needed and also submitted offers for what I wanted to pay for the house. When the price was set, he made all the arrangements to get it done in the quickest amount of time that fit my schedule. He is a very professional person and I would recommend him to anyone looking for a new home.
