Excellent service. Steve was able to get the houses presentable for sale. Selling houses long distance and especially out of country is very difficult. Steve is reliable and trustworthy.
Steve has been my goto realtor for ten years . From the booming market of 2005 and 2006 to the short sales on 2008-2010 Steve is always fully up to speed on the market . Some realtors know one neighborhood or one market well. Steve knows THE business of real estate and I appreciate that every time I need his help .
