I have had the honor and privilege of being a Realtor for over 25 years. In those years I have shared so many great moments with my clients. Whether it is guiding sellers that have not been a part of a transaction in 40+ years, to First-time buyers that initially feel very overwhelmed. My philosophy is very simple...Serve and over-communicate. I enjoy taking the time to explain and guide my clients towards their goals but always breaking it down to one step at a time. Throughout the years, I have a 93% success rate of getting an offer accepted and helping my client get to their goal. In my spare time it is my joy and privilege to coach my daughters' soccer teams, and volunteer in the Elementary School Watch Dog program.
