I have been lucky enough to know Steven since we were in high school. While the familiarity helped when I initially selected him as my agent, I can't say enough about how good of a resource he was during the home-buying process. Always quick with a thorough response to my questions and helped me assess the pros/cons of the different places we saw. His recommendations for inspector, mortgage company, lawyer and contractor have been solid, which makes things so much easier. While inspecting the condo I ended up purchasing, Steven even got up on a 14 foot ladder to confirm a leak in the master shower. This literally saved me $6,000.I've already recommended Steven to several friends and will continue to do so.
