Steve & Meriam guided us through our first home purchase earlier this year. We were operating under a very very condensed time frame, and Steve and Meriam drove us all over looking at homes until we found the perfect one. When my broker was unavailable to provide a letter when we needed it, Steve connected us with a broker who ended up getting us much, much better rate. The Knoblaughs helped us stage our home to sell and sold in less than a week for more. Many people told us it looked like it was out of a magazine. They helped us also find the right house for us. This was our 5th house and we were pretty picky, and they were able to find us just the right house. No one is perfect, but would and do have recommended them to people we know.
