A North Carolina native, Steve Lambert brings over 37 years of experience to Premier Sotheby’s International Realty. For many years, he has specialized in upscale private club and estate properties. Steve’s commercial endeavors include selling a motel along Blowing Rock Road in Boone and the sale of a vehicle dealership, including the real estate, business and inventory. As he looks back on his former residential development projects, he feels a great deal of satisfaction. Steve has always made it a priority to protect what makes each parcel of land special. A top associate, he has taught real estate courses for years in the community college system.
