Steve is the Managing Broker and owner of Classic Properties Farm & Home Realtors, a regional real estate brokerage company. In 2016 he and staff listed or sold properties in 9 counties. He is the owner and he makes all the calls, doing so since 1977 which makes this my 40th year as a full time owner/broker. I have handled 1000's of real estate transactions during this time with the help of extensive and unmatched internet marketing systems in this region. Google picks me #1 when asked for Southern Illinois Top Realtor. I am also one of a handful of Realtors with a college degree- B.S. in Business Marketing! In high school taking an aptitude test to determine what one might like to be in life, I ranked at the very top (100percentile) in one specific quality. That was PERSUASION! My guidance counselor said you need to be an attorney or a salesman. The rest is history!
