He had the resources to get us qualified for a home loan within a matter of days and into our dreamhouse in less than 20 days, all while negotiating $62,000 off the asking price. Not only is he extremely knowledgeable & professional, HE CARES, and supported us throughout the whole process.

Steve is by far the best real estate agent in Southern California and quite possibly the world (though I think he only serves LA and surrounding counties). Steve helped us buy a great house in a great school district at a great price. It was like using Groupon but better. Have you seen his videos? You should watch his videos. And you know the song Hero by the Foo Fighters? Yeah. Thats about Steve. Hes the guy running around saving puppies from burning houses and then hell fix up the house and sell it the very same day.

Steve and his team were very professional from the beginning to the end of the sale of our home. They kept us well informed as to how the market was performing They were always attentive to all our needs during the entire process.
