I never waited more than 20-30 minutes to hear back from them during the entire process. - There are TWO of them. Every time we wanted a showing or needed something, they were able to make it work because they are flexible and have double the availability of a single agent. - They are highly knowledgeable. We could tell just from the initial interview they know their stuff, but found out even more so as we went through the contracting processes. They always had a solid and confident answer to everything that came up during the buying and selling of our homes. - They care. We felt like they were invested in our process, and were always looking out for our best interest. An example of what they accomplished for us is, even during the crazy current market in Denver at the moment, they were able to find us a new home and put in an acceptable offer so promptly that we beat everyone else to the punch and got the house without having to go to a bidding war (which is all too common around here). While that was occurring, they then put our existing home on the market, and sold it all in one weekend above the asking price! I honestly don't think we could have asked for a better experience. A little bit intimidated going into the process of buying a place in the hot Denver housing market, they both worked to make us feel at ease. They helped explain the process, got an idea what we were looking for, and made it clear that they could help us find it. And we did! We thought that maybe our price range was unrealistic but they never ever hinted that it was too low. There were other agents that would make faces or act like we were being totally unrealistic. Bear in mind also that they counseled us to be aggressive, as in a seller's market like this, opportunities that are right for what you want can be few and far between. It actually took way less time than we were expecting. From seeing our first listing to closing on the our first property took only 2 months. Big help from the Gavin Ekstrom team (their preferred mortgage lender) to get that done as well, and the coordination between Steve and Kristen and the mortgage lender was spectacular. No complaints. Absolutely recommend Steve and Kristen for helping to buy real estate.

Sold a Condo home in 2016 in Centennial, CO.Out-of-town owners of a vacant condo we wished to sell, we found Kirsten and Steve Le Peau through our grown kids. Retired lawyers with lots of real estate experience, we were prepared to be dissatisfied. As it turned out, however, we were thoroughly delighted. After helping us understand an appropriate price-point for the listing, they got to work on a terrific marketing campaign, including great photography. As I recall, we had about 22 viewings in the first 4 or 5 days. Our first offer came in within a day or two at our asking price. They wisely counseled patience; within two more days we had an even higher offers, including one about $20,000 over our asking price and a quick closing. We took it. The La Peaus were splendid; they handled the arrangements for EVERYTHING: inspections, documents, and significant repairs. Before the closing, when firefighters put out a fire in a unit above ours, there was substantial water damage. The Le Peaus made the arrangements to get it repaired, pronto. We needed a smoke and carbon monoxide detection unit, the La Peaus had it installed. For no apparent reason, a serious last-minute leak sprung within the clothes washer connection. The La Peaus got it repaired the morning of the closing. All-in-all, we couldn't have asked for better representation and would heartily recommend the La Peaus to anyone needed real estate services in the Denver metro area.
