Steve knows how to get the job done! He listed our home, put signs up, and had people looking at it right away. Steve was easy to reach by phone, text, and email. Whenever we had questions or concerns Steve addressed them immediately and always made us feel at ease. He always stayed in contact with both my husband and myself so we would both be in the loop. Without Steve, I wouldn't have a house right now. It is only through his perseverance, patience, wisdom and professionalism that the sale happened in spite of the seller/selling agent doing just about everything they could to make me think about walking away. Steve assisted my grandparents as they relocated back to Muncie from Phoenix. The entire process took about nine months and Steve was exceptionally patient throughout the process as several variables made it hard to determine the exact moving date. He was always very prompt at responding to calls, text or emails. I would highly recommend him for your real estate needs.
