Steve helped me find an absolutely gorgeous home in Deerfield Beach, FL (specifically the cove neighborhood). He was very helpful and professional during the search. He was not a bit pushy or over zealous (which was a big one for me). I gave him a list of "must haves" and preferences. Wish this, he took more of a "consultative" approach ,which was refreshing, having experienced some less than average realtors in the past. He even negotiated the asking price down to align with my budget! Highly recommended for rent-seekers or buyers. Thanks Steve!

Steve was instrumental in getting us into our new home in the highly sought after Venetian Isles subdivision (Lighthouse Point). He was very professional in a 2 week close, "fast break", situation. We found Steve to be especially crucial in the negotiating process. His negotiating and deep knowledge of the listing/seller allowed us to "level up" into a higher caliber home than our budget originally afforded. Steve displayed exceptional, ethical conduct throughout the deal. This was refreshing in an industry that can breed shadiness and incompetence.

Steve was a great relator for me and my two other roommates. We looked for a while trying to find a place and he made it so easy. He was always available and so helpful throughout the whole process. This was our first rental experience and he made it seamless. I will be using him again once my lease is up.

Steve is a hard working broker that goes above and beyond what is expected of him.
