Steve kept us informed about the goings on, weekly. He had presented us with documentation on the viewings on the internet. He came through with everything he promised as to how he would list and present the house. We really are pleased with his professionalism. We would recommend him to others. His wife was very hands on and personable. They make a great team.!

Our experience with the Savage's was outstanding. Everything he said he would do to get our house sold was completed prior to the date he said it would be. Steve, his wife and all his associates did a outstanding job to get our house sold. We listed it on a Friday and it was sold on Tuesday morning. If I am ever in the market to buy or sell property Steve is the only person I would call to do so.

STEVE was very informative, and he did a great job of marketing my house. It was his idea to have open houses just about every weekend until my house sold. He sold my house in only 28 days. STEVE was present for inspections, appraisals, and at closing. I sold my first two houses myself but using STEVE changed my mind about listing with realities.
