Steve kept us informed about the goings on, weekly. He had presented us with documentation on the viewings on the internet. He came through with everything he promised as to how he would list and present the house. We really are pleased with his professionalism. We would recommend him to others. His wife was very hands on and personable. They make a great team.!

Our experience with the Savage's was outstanding. Everything he said he would do to get our house sold was completed prior to the date he said it would be. Steve, his wife and all his associates did a outstanding job to get our house sold. We listed it on a Friday and it was sold on Tuesday morning. If I am ever in the market to buy or sell property Steve is the only person I would call to do so.

We also had to meet with the City and other official departments and again, Steve and Donna guided us where to go and what to ask. We are very grateful to have had Steve and his team. We are now moving to Boise and have Steve looking for our permanent residential home to live.
