This man is unprofessional, unethical, unkind, unintelligent who treats his clients and people who serving with high disrespect. Stay away from this disgraceful & irrational been.

Horrible. If I could give zero stars I would. We went with him to list our house. His listing he posted was an embarrassment and i was humiliated to repost it or share it I ended up having to take the pictures and writing the description. He had minimal communication with me and i had to contact him multiple times begore he would get back to me. He does nothingnwith the internet. I did more work to sell my house than he did and he was supposed to get my commission. I feel that other realtors avoid his listings just to keep from doing business with him. Please research his listings prior to picking him.

Steve helped us to purchase a multi-family property, and went above and beyond! We would not had been able to purchase without his help! I am not sure who wrote those negative reviews, but there are many unhappy persons and these types take out there negative angst upon others. Steve is very knowledgeable, honest, and offers his vast knowledge and experience of the area. Sometimes people want to hear what they want to hear, and not the truth. I recommend Steve, and hope you will give him a chance as you will find no one who can get you a better deal!
