Steve Stoehr

Steve was renting a home in Parkside. My friend went to see it and agreed to rent the townhome. Steve also let them know they could move in the 1st of Aug - he was going out of town and let her know he would meet them on the 1st at 5pm to sign the contract. He texted her to say he was running late and texted again that he would not be able to meet her that night, but would see them the next day. The next morning he sent her a text saying he had found another tenant willing to pay more so she was out of luck. Because they had not actually signed a contract, there was not anything she could do. I want everyone to know how unprofessional and immoral he is. It may be legal, but it was certainly not the way to do business. I would NEVER use him for anything!! BEWARE!!
