Steve is a consummate professional who works relentlessly to get you the house you want. He worked with me for 9 months trying to find a home. I put a bid on a house back in November 2016 and lost it to another buyer. I was heartbroken. Steve continued showing me other properties but nothing peaked my interest. In March he contacted me and let me know the house I wanted was on the market again and he quickly put our offer in and I got the house! I would recommend him wholeheartedly. Hard working, honest, knowledgeable and a true gentleman.

Steve is the best Realtor. He took his time showing us different homes and neighborhoods. We met him on a Saturday and he drove us around in his car showing us different neighborhoods and told us about the area since we're not from NJ. He is very patient and kind. Steve listens to what you need and want in a home and goes over and beyond to find that special home for you. He was with us every step of the way and was always available to answer any questions or concerns we had. He always responds quick. Steve gave us great recommendations for other people to use during our closing process (attorney, inspector, mortgage, etc.). We trusted him every step of the way and he didn't disappoint. This was our first home and we're so thankful we had Steve throughout the whole process. It made the experience that much better. We would recommend him to anyone buying a home!

We met Steve by chance and we knew from the first conversation that he was the realtor that was going to help us find the home of our dreams. We were moving to NJ from SI and we had some challenges. Not only was he attentive to our needs but when I would stress out I would call him and he would always talk me off the ledge. He always made our visits to NJ count by having as many appointments for us as he could. When we did look at houses his keen eye was so helpful to see the imperfections that we did not see. He was honest with us and would give us guidance instead of just trying to make a sale. Once we found the house we wanted he acted as our negotiator between us and the sellers agent. Anything we asked of him he would take care of. He was patient, answered our calls and texts at any hour and worked hard to get us the best house. Steve is a very knowledgeable and caring professional. He helped my wife and I find our home. When we went to look at the house a day before the open house was taking place. my wife fell in love with it immediately. We told Steve to send an offer to the seller. he negotiated with them to cancel the open house, which they did. He even fought for something to be repaired that the seller was reluctant to repair. Steve did an outstanding job for us and I would recommend to anyone I know that is looking to purchase a home. Steve definitely builds a relationship with his clients and I will forever be grateful for everything he has done for me and my family.
