He helped us work directly with the builder and builder's agent and navigate the closing process with constant communication on what to expect. His advice was also helpful when finding and working with the lender. Would highly recommend him for anyone looking for their future home!

We worked with Steve to purchase our townhome in Ballard. We looked at multiple homes and put in offers at multiple locations. Throughout the process Steve was a true agent for us - he was patient and advised us against offering too much at a particular house due to concerns at the house. Steve is extremely knowledgeable and was able to provide us great comps for us to understand exactly how much we should offer. Once our offer was accepted Steve helped steward us through the process until the deal was closed. Even after the deal was closed Steve was helpful in answering questions about the house we had.I would 100% recommend Steve
