Steve did both an amazing job helping us sell and buy our new forever home. He was extremely knowledgeable on the current market conditions and guided us on where our money was best spent for renovations. We were extremely pleased with all of his advice and negotiations with other realtors. When everything was all said and done he help us sell our house above asking and buy our new forever home below the listing price. Steve was awesome through the whole home buying process. This was our first time buying a house and so we had plenty of questions and there was a lot that we were unsure of. Steve was always available to answer any questions we had and to talk us through the many decisions that we had to make. We will definitely use Steve again in the future and would strongly recommend him to any of our friends and family.

Steve was incredible to work with. We began the process right at outset of COVID19. Steve kept us informed, explained every step and decision, and kept us calm and worry-free. We initially chose to work with Steve after he spent the first meeting getting to understand our priorities, and to know the house. We had a historic home, which would take a different marketing approach to reach the right buyer at the right time. Steve instinctively understood this, and spent a long time walking through the house, getting to know all about it. Steve helped us get the house ready, advising on which repairs to make, and where to spend our energy. He never once balked at our hundreds of questions. In the end, Steve got us multiple offers over asking within 72 hours _during COVID19_ ! We accepted an offer after less than 3 days on market. The entire process was unbelievably easy, and could not have gone better even without a pandemic. We would work with Steve again in a heartbeat.

Steven was amazing! We had to move during the pandemic and weren't around to take care of a lot. Steven took care of everything and made sure we were kept up to date during the entire process. If you want a realtor who you can call or text and speak with that person Steven is the person for you.

I am ever so grateful to Steve for ALL his help! My husband has Alzheimer's and I had to go thru this process myself but I never felt alone! Steve walked me thru the entire process making it so easy and stress free. You will not find another realtor who care about his clients like Steve does. He was so patient and so very knowledgeable. I honestly cannot recommend Steve enough. He is a true expert in his field. Steve was able to answer every little question we had while searching for a home. Including questions about the neighborhoods, schools, history of the house, etc...right down to the little things, like the age of the roof and windows. I was also very impressed with his level of responsiveness. He must have his phone glued to his hand, because he was right there to answer any question, comment, concern we had within a moments notice. The icing on the cake was how quickly he was able to get our current home sold at the exact price we wanted. I can't imagine ever using another Real Estate Agent again. He is simply the best!

Steve is the man. He knows all the details about what to look for in the homes (things I never knew existed), how the process goes, how to go about an offer, and about the area/neighborhood. He is very honest and straightforward without ever pressuring us, which was truly helpful for our first home-buying experience. He's also funny and easy to talk to which made spending almost every weekend house-hunting with him a lot of fun. If we ever move again in the future, we will definitely call Steve.
