Apparently, much loved by his local following of old friends and family...however, in my experience and of others that have "Tried" to do business with him...its not the same feeling. There are good reasons for this. If Nepotism had a picture next to it in the dictionary; it would be his. He appears to choose who he deals with on rumor and small-town conjecture. This person deals in a business where commission is paramount; yet, it doesn't seem to translate into returned calls or timely interaction. I personally know three individuals who purchased property that would have gone through him, had he taken the time to return their calls. He appears sweet and helpful; yet, the moment you are ready to deal, he is too busy or doesn't seem to care. Bad - terrible track record for follow-through. Seems to be caught up in local gossip and rumor about who is transaction-worthy and doesn't take the time to see it through properly. I am from over-seas but have the resources to have bought a property that he listed and he didn't bother to return any calls.. He loendst out. Was more interested in talking to an old friend than doing business with me and my husband. who we knew and who we were 'connected' with was more important. would n ever go through this "agent' again and would not recommend it to anyone else. Especially if you live in his town. I saw and heard him degrade an old "high school friend" that had the money to do a deal with him but he was more concerned about living in the past than doing his job. done with this review..makes me mad even having to write it. a disgrace to his 'profession''
