As a child of a Realtor in Sacramento, came a well established knowledge of Real Estate. My Real Estate career began in the early 90's as a Robert Allen graduate in the Real Estate investing and flipping homes "Tom Vu era". I lived in Chico Ca. flipping several homes and obtaining an apartment complex at the age of 23. All while starting and running a construction business which lead to many endeavors. After the 2008 crash I finally got my Real Estate License and focus on it during the worst times in the history of Real Estate, which expanded my wealth of knowledge through the Real Estate world.
