When searching for a new home I wouldn't recommend any realtor more than Steven. He was prompt, professional, and took the time to understand my family's needs.

Steven was incredible to work with! I had very little real estate knowledge going in to the process of buying my first home and he was so helpful and he made me feel so comfortable throughout the process. He always answered my questions in a timely manner and was very professional.

Choosing a realtor can be tricky and I share that sentiment due to poor experiences on prior transactions in AZ, however my wife and I had an A+ experience with Steven! He came highly recommended from a friend of ours and my goodness were we blown away by his professionalism, intelligence, real estate acumen and diligence. He held our hands when we needed it (Which was often for us!), was very understanding, patient and always available to help in any way possible. Buying a home CAN be one of the most stressful times in a couples life but with Steven it was a breeze. 10/10 would recommend. A true professional.

Steven went above and beyond helping us sell our home. We were fixing it up so we could get top dollar and his background in construction really lent a hand in that process. His connections helped us renovate our kitchen counters for a quarter of the cost. Our home ended up being the highest selling property in the neighborhood. Steven Is very knowledgeable and communicated very well. He was very good at explaining the process every step of the way. Id highly recommend him.
