Steven is a vicious internet troll in his leisure time. I’d be very hesitant to list or buy a property through a person with such horrible personal character.

Very rude, offensive and unprofessional. Email only communicator. Refused to show a rental property because I did not disclose my credit score and income on a public Zillow profile. The guy tells me I am not qualified to rent and sends me a screenshot of my Zillow profile where I chose the box $99999 as yearly income. I explained I do not put my financials on a public realtor app but will gladly provide necessary private financial documentation IF I like the property. Again I requested a showing, and again he sends a one-liner email “you are not qualified”.
