Steven never responded to my request
Worst ever. Lied about many things that were supposedly in working condition: $37,000 in pool repairs, 11 visits from two different sprinkler companies, foundation cracks, termites, every door is cheap, mice, no pad under carpets, all stacks in plumbing were not sealed correctly, sinks put in incorrectly. He was the owner and contractor of the property. He's lucky we haven't taken him and the inspector to.court. Total scam artist and should be reported to the BBB. If he's from Texas he's the one!
