Steven showed me a few properties that I was interested in from Zillow. He pointed out when things were probably not a good buy and showed me similar homes in that price range. Tracked down HOA rules for me when I asked. I personally chose to opt for other accommodations, but Steven reminded me to hold out for the house of my dreams.

Steven took the opportunity to show me homes as well as teach me the benefits of investing in real estate a young age. I am still looking but with having Steven help me it makes the whole process easier.

When my husband and I first got hooked up with Steven, we were scared first time home buyers, I had a 8 month old baby and pregnant with my second. We were on a deadline, and Steven sent me homes, we were in constant communication and we only had night time and weekend availability for home searching.
