In 1996 I moved from Miami to Houston and began a new career selling homes. Over the last 18 years I have worked for several Houston builders selling their homes in subdivisions from Katy to Spring to Conroe. Many times the person wanting to purchase a home needed to sell their current home in order to purchase the new home they were wishing to buy. The market has changed over the last 18 years going up and down, currently it is really up. In 2009 my partner and I noticed that quite often the homes didn't sell and this prevented us from closing on the new home we were trying to close. We decided to require the customer to agree to allow us to help them sell their home and we provided some advise and insisted that the pictures be taken by our Professional Photographer. This worked!
